At Jiomartbiz.com, we value your satisfaction and offer returns within thirty (30) days after the estimated delivery date for most items. All returned items must be in their original condition; used items should include the SKU sticker located on the spine or back of the product, and new items should be unused with sealed components, where applicable.
If you receive an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged shipment, please contact our Customer Care team at help@blitzonline.shop before proceeding with the return.
We reserve the right to charge a processing fee and/or return shipping fee for any return/refund that is not the result of Jiomartbiz.com’s error. Shipping and processing fees previously paid by you are non-refundable.
